MaARS
Located on the site of the old Toronto General Hospital, the MaRS Centre incorporates a heritage building within two new buildings to create "a physical anchor" for the MaRS vision: a convergence innovation centre that fosters collaboration among science, business and capital sectors This environmentally-friendly complex has access to the adjoining hospital community and retail space on the concourse level. The MaRS Collaboration Centre, a state-of-the-art conference centre, houses lecture halls, seminar rooms and other facilities.
